We stayed in a lovely hotel in a very exclusive area, surrounded by the best shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also had access to great facilities, including a dumb waiter for room service. the location was perfect, offering a beautiful view of the city.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance, with worn-out carpets and furnishings.

The hotel offered spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a city trip. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to key attractions and landmarks in the city. the hotel provided excellent food options, making dining convenient and enjoyable during our stay.
The overall appearance of the hotel was quite outdated and could use some renovation. some of the staff members struggled with communicating in English and were not always helpful with inquiries or requests.

De spa in het Jumeirah hotel
Price: quality is very bad. Unsafe accomodation in case of a fire, there is only one way out! We think with families this is the worst situation. The accomodation is onder new management and tries to catch up. Already asking top prices for low quality! Kitchen empty (at check out we were told we can get anything we want, but they did not put in in the kitchen, cause pots and pans get dusty...). Water is complementary, but shown on the pricelist in the room, they tell you afterwards it is foc. Curtains ripped and holes, smelly, no airco, but portable units in the room leaking water. And so on and so on. We travel a lot, also to 4/5 star hotels. Durley house barely meets 2 star standard in the suite we got. No 8 is bad! We were offered a 600 euro discount on the bill (1800) and a free stay later this year. We will not go there anymore.

Perfect location for not only the Chelsea Flower Show but with the Kings Road just around the corner perfect shopping for my 2 (in their twenties) daughters. With bedroom and lounge with extra bed just right for all 3 of us - would recommend anytime

Great location! One block from the theater district and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. the room was spacious with comfortable bedding and clean towels provided every day. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to choose from.
The decor was a bit outdated and could use some updating. the bathroom had low water pressure and it took forever to get the water hot.

The staff were very professional and helpful, and the hotel was charming. Typical old English style, with many modern amenities in the room. Upon arrival stayed in private drawing room until rooms were ready. Were upgraded to a 2bedroom luxury suite.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location & staff (only point to improve would be the carpets have a number of small stains).

It was a very smart home-from-home experience, but in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and theatre. There was plenty of room to relax, with the sitting room, and enough space for 3 of us so that we didn't feel squashed in all together! We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave!
If I had stayed longer, I would have wanted the kitchen to be a little bit more updated. It seems a bit tired and could have been a bit better stocked. As it was, we sadly only had 1 night stay, so it was adequate for our needs.

Just the Location
Bad, bad reception. We don´t like the Hotel, it´s very different from the photos in the website, everything is old and not familiar. Wen we arrive we just want to leave soon, but the owners just want to receive the total amount of the cancelation and don´t care about our opinion or if we are satisfied or confortable. My worst experience in London! The designation of Luxury suite is a joke.

The individuality of the hotel and the large rooms. The kingsize bed was superb!
The apartment was cold in certain rooms and we did request a heater but was told there wasn't one
